Founded in 2020, the innovative start-up has helped over 1,500 organizations prepare for, respond to, and report cyber-attacks. Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• CYGNVS’ solution capabilities to demonstrate technical and business value to customers in pre-sales and post-sales.
• knowledge of incident response and crisis management trends and best practices to articulate a high-level security strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
• cutting-edge exercise scenarios to help customers exercise the full range of their response capabilities in CYGNVS.
• closely with the CYGNVS sales group, solution architects, and product management teams to provide support on strategic customer solutions.
• in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and competitive landscape to drive thought leadership with our customers.
• yourself as a trusted and strategic advisor with customers and partners to drive continued value of our platform.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience providing cyber defence or incident response services.
• Strong knowledge of NIST 800-61 incident response framework.
• Experience delivering tabletop exercise simulations and developing incident response plans and processes.
• Operational knowledge of security operations, incident management, and crisis response programs.
• Experience speaking at industry conferences, publishing security blogs, or developing whitepapers.
• Strong verbal and written business acumen skills
